No, a consultation is not required. We go over the same details on the day of your appointment. Consultations are free and help us review your form to confirm you’re a good candidate.
If we find any contraindications on the day of your appointment and cannot proceed, your deposit will be lost and a new one will be required to rebook.
Yes. Deposits are required to book:
- $100 for permanent makeup
- $50 for services under $125
- $75 for services over $125
- Deposits are non-refundable, applied to your service total, and charged when booking.
Sometimes we may call to see if you can arrive earlier. If you can’t, no problem—your original appointment time stays the same.
For the safety of all clients, we kindly request that you do not bring children to your appointment. Children are not permitted in the procedure area due to health and safety regulations regarding bloodborne pathogens. As we are regulated by the Department of Health and Hospitals, our standards follow the same guidelines as a tattoo facility.
We accept cash, credit cards, CareCredit, Afterpay, and Pay Later. Checks are not accepted. We also offer Afterpay, Care Credit, Pay Later, follow the links to sign up!
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. It will only be charged for deposits, late cancellations, or no-shows.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit or be charged a fee. Deposits cannot be transferred to another client or artist.
