Do I need a consultation prior to my appointment?
Consultations are free. You do not need one prior to your appointment. We discuss the same things on the day of your appointment as we do during a consultation, but, if you do show up on the day of your appointment with any contradictions and we can not perform the service - a new deposit will be required. During your consultation we review your form to make sure you are a good candidate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposit, Fee, and Late Policy:
A credit card on file is mandatory for all services and will only be charged for required deposits, cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows. By providing your card number, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. Incomplete or invalid credit card information will result in appointment denial.A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all permanent makeup appointments. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for laser hair removal services and spa services under $125. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for laser hair removal services and spa services over $125. Deposits will be applied towards your total appointment cost and will be charged on the day you make the booking, following approval and acceptance of your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requires 48 hours notice, failing which will result in loss of deposit or a fee. To reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. Notifications are accepted even during closed hours if received before the 48-hour window. Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment incurs a fee.

Can my child come with my to my appointment?
For a calm environment, please attend appointments without children unless they are receiving a service. Children are not allowed in the procedure area due to safety regulations; arriving with children may lead to rescheduling with a fee.
What payment options does Symetrie offer?
Payment must can be made in cash, care credit, afterpay, pay later or credit card; checks are not accepted. If your artist is running ahead of schedule on the day of your appointment, we may contact you to see if you can arrive earlier to consolidate appointments. However, if you are unable to come earlier, it is not an issue.
